Marcato Terms of Use
Effective October 23, 2026
These terms apply when you use Marcato, an app developed by Noramis. By using the app, you agree to them. They complement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
What Marcato is
Marcato helps you record your working time: punches with a selfie and location, time per project, an hour bank per company, and reports that anyone can check for changes.
Marcato is a personal record. It is not certified time-recording equipment in any country. Reports in official formats are offered as a convenience, and the person or company who uses them is responsible for meeting the rules that apply to them.
Your data
There is no account. Your records stay on your device and in your private iCloud database, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you record and for keeping your devices and Apple Account secure. Erasing data in the app removes it for good.
Marcato Pro
Some features need a Marcato Pro subscription, offered monthly or yearly.
- The price and period are shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- New subscribers can get a free one-week trial. When it ends, the subscription starts and is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple Account, in Subscriptions.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Fair use
Use Marcato only for lawful purposes and only to record your own work. Don’t try to alter records outside the app, break its integrity checks or reverse engineer it.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, its name and its icon belong to the developer. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. The records you create are yours.
No warranty
Marcato is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it fits a specific legal requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost income arising from the use of the app.
Changes and termination
These terms may change. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date, and important changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using Marcato at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumer protection rights of your own country still apply.
